Cricket betting — T20 leagues, Tests and rain rules
Cricket betting across franchise T20 leagues, one-day internationals and Tests: what a match board lists, which markets to start with, and how rain settles a bet.
Code — the code we publish, free at registration
A top T20 or one-day match lists a long board (not counted): match winner, top batter, top bowler, totals, sixes, partnerships and live overs. You do not need all of them.

Direct answer
Cricket betting in one minute
Cricket runs year-round: franchise T20 leagues, one-day internationals and Tests. A top match lists a long board (not counted) — winner, top batter, totals, sixes, fall of wickets. Rain is the cricket-specific risk: a match that is interrupted and not completed is settled at odds of 1.00, and a DLS result stands (Kenya’s general terms, read 4 September 2026).

Cricket betting markets
- Match winner — straight 2-way (or 3-way for limited overs with the tie option).
- Total runs — over/under by team or full match.
- Top batter / top bowler — priced longer than a match winner, popular on a bet of several matches at once.
- Fall of wickets — first wicket method, fall of next wicket, partnerships.
- Player runs / wickets — over/under on individual players.
- Sixes total — over/under on sixes, popular in T20.
- Method of dismissal — caught, bowled, LBW, run out (next wicket).
- In-play markets — every ball, next over runs, batter to score in over. Closing a live position early is cash out.
- Outrights — tournament winner, top run-scorer, most wickets; settled at the end of the competition.
Live cricket streaming
Streams open for logged-in users, and we have not captured the logged-in live page, so this page lists no streamed series. Broadcasting rights lock some matches by region. A stream matters most for in-play markets such as next-over runs, where the price moves every ball.
Cricket vs football several-match slips — math comparison
Both football and cricket count toward the welcome 5× rule. Which is more efficient?
- Football several-match slip (3 EPL favourites at 1.50) — combined odds 3.4, implied hit rate ~30%; assume, for the arithmetic, a 5-6% margin per pick (we have not measured any bookmaker’s).
- Cricket several-match slip (3 IPL match winners at 1.55) — combined odds 3.7, implied hit rate ~25%; assume, for the arithmetic, a 5-7% margin per pick (not measured).
Football is slightly more efficient (higher hit rate, lower margin) — but only if you have research time for 3 EPL matches that day. Cricket has the advantage during IPL season (a match most nights, two on some) when there are always qualifying several-match options. Pick the sport you actually watch — your information edge matters more than the math difference.
Cricket tournament calendar
Major recurring cricket tournaments, with typical timing:
- IPL (India) — Mar-May. ~70 matches.
- BBL (Australia) — Dec-Feb. ~60 matches.
- BPL (Bangladesh) — Jan-Feb. ~46 matches.
- PSL (Pakistan) — Feb-Mar. ~34 matches.
- LPL (Sri Lanka) — Jul-Aug. ~24 matches.
- CPL (Caribbean) — Aug-Sep. ~33 matches.
- T20 World Cup — every two years.
- ODI World Cup — every 4 years. The biggest cricket event.
- ICC Champions Trophy — every 4 years.
- Bilateral series — year-round. Variable market depth.
Using the welcome bonus on cricket
Cricket several-match slips count toward the 5× rule the same as football. The rules:
- A bet on 3 or more matches at once — on the international offer.
- Each cricket leg priced 1.40 or higher.
- Bets adding up to 5 times the bonus.
- 30 days from registration.
10 markets do not use this rule
The 5× target above is the international offer, and 10 markets whose own terms we read publish another rule: India wants three winning singles at 2.00 or higher, Tanzania eight times at 2.10, Cameroon, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Senegal and Zambia split the bonus between accumulators and the operator’s in-house games section, and Jordan and Thailand print no multiplier to a reader without an account.
Each rule is from that market’s own terms page as we read it on 31 August 2026, and the operator can change those pages.
Worked example — a several-match cricket slip
Say you deposit $130 and the bonus is $130 (100% match, up to the $130 international cap with the promo code). Target: 5 × $130 = $650.
Strategy: place 3-match slips at average 1.55 odds. Stake $25 per slip. To hit $650 you need 26 slips across the 30-day window — about 2 a day. Hit rate at 1.55 average is around 26% for 3-match slips, so you'll lose more than you win on these 5× bets, but the bonus money clears as you place them.

Move the slider to your planned first deposit. Both rows match 100%: the promo code lifts the ceiling from $100 to $130, not the rate, so it only adds money on a first deposit above $100. That is a ceiling. Check the number after you sign up.

- Avoid emotional bets on your home team. Indian players betting on India, Pakistanis on Pakistan — a book can shade its price against the popular side for exactly this reason; we have not measured any bookmaker’s.
- Treat toss markets as entertainment. Toss winner settles within 30 seconds at even-money prices — a pure coin flip, and at 1.95 the margin means you lose about 2.5% on average. Fun, not an edge.
- Use top-batter markets on a several-match slip. Top run scorer (within match) is priced well above a match winner — combined into a 3-match slip with two match-winner picks it lifts the ticket’s price and lowers its chance in the same proportion; we have not captured the prices.

Cricket FAQ
What cricket tournaments can I bet on?
IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI World Cup, Tests, BBL (Australia), CPL (Caribbean), PSL (Pakistan), BPL (Bangladesh), LPL (Sri Lanka), bilateral series and ICC tournaments, when they run.
Can I use the welcome bonus on cricket?
Yes, but the ticket shape depends on the market you signed up in. On the international rule, cricket bets covering 3 or more matches count, legs priced 1.40 or higher, until the stakes add up to 5 times the bonus. India runs its own package: the operator’s terms there ask for three winning single bets at 2.00 or higher instead — the note in the bonus section names those markets.
What happens to my cricket bet if rain stops the match?
By the general terms (Kenya, read 4 September 2026): a match that is interrupted and not completed is settled at odds of 1.00, so the stake comes back. If the match is finished on a DLS target, the official result stands. Statistics bets on a team or the match are cancelled when fewer than 80% of the overs are played because of weather; top-batsman bets are cancelled under 50% of a team’s overs. Anything already decided before the interruption stands. A super over settles the match winner only; runs in it do not count for batsman markets.
Is live cricket streaming free?
Streams open for logged-in users. Whether a positive balance is required is not in the general terms we read (Kenya’s general terms, read 4 September 2026), and any condition would be printed on the live page after login, which we have not captured (the logged-out live page we dumped on 6 September 2026 shows the match list and no streaming note). We have not tested it with a funded account. Which series carry a stream on a given day we have not counted, and some may be region-locked.
Is live streaming included with the welcome bonus?
Live streaming is independent of the bonus. Streams open for logged-in users; whether a positive balance is required is not in the general terms we read (Kenya’s general terms, read 4 September 2026), and any condition would be printed on the live page after login, which we have not captured (the logged-out live page we dumped on 6 September 2026 shows the match list and no streaming note).
Can I cash out cricket bets early?
When the slip offers cash-out, yes; which cricket markets offer it on a given match we have not captured. No welcome terms we have read say a cashed-out bet counts, on any market. On the international offer you place bets adding up to 5 times the bonus and let those bets finish.
Common cricket-betting mistakes that void the bonus
What the terms we read rule out, and what they leave unsaid.
- Placing single-match bets to clear the 5× rule. A single-match bet does not count, a system bet is not the accumulator the terms name, and a cashed-out several-match ticket may not. Only a 3+ event slip with cricket legs at 1.40 or higher qualifies.
- Mixing one 1.30-odds pick into a 3-match slip. Each cricket pick below 1.40 invalidates the whole slip for the 5× rule. Stick to 3 selections at 1.40 or higher each.
- Cashing out before the slip settles. Cash-out converts the bet to a single early settlement; no welcome terms we have read say a sold bet still counts, so treat it as out of the 5× count — even if you profited.
- Live-betting "next ball" to chase the 5× rule. In-play “next ball” markets can be priced short, and a leg under 1.40 does not count toward the rule; check the price before you add it.
- Switching country mid-session. If you register in one country and fund the account through methods tied to another, the operator may flag it. Stick to one country and one payment method.
Cricket betting glossary
- A bet on several matches at once
- Combined bet on multiple cricket events; all must win for the bet to win. Required for the welcome 5× rule — 3+ events, cricket legs at 1.40 or higher.
- Top batter / top bowler
- Match-long market on the player who finishes with the most runs / wickets.
- Method of dismissal
- In-play market on how the next wicket will fall — caught, bowled, LBW, run-out, stumped. Updates ball by ball.
- Sixes total
- Over/under on total sixes in the match. Conditions and venue matter.
- Dot ball
- A delivery where no run is scored. In-play markets price over/under on dot balls per over.
- DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern)
- Method used to decide rain-affected ODIs and T20s. The general terms settle on the official result, so a DLS result stands for match-winner bets; a match that is interrupted and not completed is settled at odds of 1.00, and team or match statistics bets are cancelled when fewer than 80% of the overs are played because of weather, unless the result was already decided (Kenya’s general terms, read 4 September 2026).
