You can still bet from cash while the bonus line is locked, and you can withdraw your own deposit — but the Kenyan terms (and eleven more we read) say that withdrawal forfeits the bonus and anything won with it. No welcome terms we have read say a sold bet counts; assume a cashed-out ticket adds nothing to the counter.

10 markets do not use this rule
The 5× target above is the international offer. Where we have read the operator's own country terms, 10 markets publish something different — and in those markets the tickets described above move nothing:
- India — three winning single bets at 2.00 or higher, each staked at the full bonus and placed one after another. One loss ends the offer. Handicaps and totals are excluded.
- Cameroon, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Senegal and Zambia — the bonus arrives in two halves. One clears on accumulators; the other only counts inside the 1xGames section, at 30 or 35 times. That section is 1xBet's own quick-games area — the terms name titles like PF Dice, Pachinko and PF Roulette in it, some of which are excluded from the count. It is not the third-party crash games most people mean by that phrase: Aviator, JetX and Spaceman sit in the casino and move neither half.
- Tanzania — eight times the bonus, not five, and the qualifying legs start at odds of 2.10 rather than 1.40.
- Jordan and Thailand — we could read the offer but not the multiplier: those terms pages render their own numbers blank until you have an account. Rather than repeat the five-times figure from elsewhere, we say nothing and point you at your own bonus balance.
Ghana, Nigeria and Zambia also step the percentage with the size of the deposit, and their multipliers step with it. Every country page carries its own figures; the country list is the index, and it now says which rows we read off the operator and which still come from partner listings.
One more line from the terms: on Armenia, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Uganda, handicap and total bets do not count toward the wagering at all — the rules strike them out together with refunded bets. Build those tickets from match winners, double chance or both-teams-to-score there.
Casino welcome is a different job, cleared on slots rather than tickets: the general rules of eight markets put it at 35× inside 7 days, with stakes capped at €5 until it is done. This page is the sports line. On that line the terms are specific about what arrives at the end: any bonus funds remaining after the bonus has been wagered, up to a maximum of the initial bonus, are credited to the main balance — and if what remains is under the minimum stake, the bonus counts as lost. You are betting the bonus, and you keep what survives.

Seven conditions the rules pages carry and most guides skip
These come from 1xBet’s own bonus-rules pages, read market by market and transcribed in our evidence folder. Each appears in at least six of the sixteen markets whose terms we have been able to open, and none of them is on the sign-up screen.

If the bonus line never showed
- Promo box was empty at Register.
- “Take part in bonus offers” was never switched on in My Account — the terms require it before the deposit. The general rules of eight markets (Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon, Pakistan, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia) add that the casino opt-in can also be ticked on the Deposit page; for the sports welcome the terms name My Account only.
- Profile fields were left half-filled, or the phone number was never activated.
- You tapped reject on the sports / casino screen.
- You are looking at cash only. Open Bonuses and gifts.
- First deposit was below the minimum for the package.
- You already had a welcome on this person, house, or card.
Day 31 with the bar unfinished: the leftover bonus goes, and so does anything won with it. Your deposit stays.

What is the bonus account on 1xBet?
A separate balance that holds the welcome match until you convert it. You cannot withdraw from that line. After the turnover is cleared — on the international offer, bets adding up to 5 times the bonus, on 3 or more matches at 1.40 or higher, inside 30 days of registration — the cleared amount moves to cash.
Why is my cash balance the same as my deposit?
That is normal. The match sits under Bonuses and gifts, not on the withdrawable line. If Bonuses and gifts is empty, the code was missing, bonus offers were never enabled in the profile, you tapped reject, or the deposit did not qualify.
Do I have to switch anything on before the first deposit?
Yes. The welcome terms ask you to complete the personal profile in My Account, activate the phone number, and enable "Take part in bonus offers". All three before the deposit — the terms credit the bonus on a first deposit made with those in place, and say nothing about a deposit made before them.
Which bets move the bonus line?
A ticket of 3 or more matches with at least 3 legs at 1.40 or higher — extra legs can be any price. The terms name accumulator bets and nothing else: a single, a system slip, an Aviator round and a ticket whose third qualifying leg sits at 1.15 are not what they describe. A cash-out may not count either — the terms we read do not say a sold bet counts.
What happens after 30 days?
The unconverted bonus and the winnings tied to it are removed. Your own deposit stays. The window is not extended, and it runs from registration rather than from the deposit — so a first deposit made a week later leaves 23 days, not 30.
